That part must be a work in progress, there’s a cardboard box in the car too. The cell can not possibly be mounted inside the cockpit, nobody would approve that. Even a person who would approve that dumbass roll cage would know better.

If I had to guess and give it the benefit of the doubt - the blue cage is a bolt-in affair designed to fit around the stock dash for teh skreet kredz. Maybe it will be removed and replaced with a proper cage now that they have a dash with cutouts specifically for that purpose?
